Hi Vodafone
I spoke with customer services in early September requesting my contract is terminated and I go to sim only. I was told that would take effect at the start of October. I called customer services again last week to find that this had not been processed there was also no record of my original call. I asked customer services to switch me to sim only starting 11/11. I have no faith this has actually been done and I am now in India with no return date to the UK. Please can you make sure my contract has been changed? I had a text saying Vodafone need to talk to me about my contract change but there's nothing to talk about it I want it cancelled!

When a contract term comes to its end it automatically changes to a 30 day rolling contract.
A person can then request that Vodafone upgrade them again , leave it as a rolling contract or change to sim only or payg.
Once the account holder does this they then should make sure this happens.
Ask vodafone customer service by phone or Live Chat via https://www.vodafone.co.uk/contact-us/ to email and or text you confirmation that this request has been noted and implemented is my suggestion.
A person can use their myvodafone to check their status.
