Hello
Yesterday I upgraded and using the new flexi upgrade option on my account.
However this morning have been told that I can't upgrade after 6 months (though my account says I can) and my order was cancelled due to the RPI Business Policy?
Can someone please help? As customer services are useless and can't explain to me why this has happened.

This Vodafone support page explains what's available to eligible contracts > What's-the-difference-between-Flexible-upgrades-and-Flexi-upgrades.
What type of contract are you On ? Consumer or Business ?
Have you spoken to Customer service on 191 which id suggest to do on Monday.
