Joined Vodafone broadband in September of last year on the upto 76Mb service and was very happy with the speeds of just nudging over 50Mb as this was more than BT could give me the year before. However, since just before Christmas the speed has been dropping and dropping. Tested it this morning at 0530 and could only get 15Mb\s. I have oticed that the synch speed between me and the cabniet has been slowly dropping also. Currently it is sitting at 16.5Mb\s. Not quite the 76 I pay for. I havent bothered callign customer servicecs as, from what I have read on here, I would be wasting my time as I have already turned it off and back on again.
If there is anything that i can do at my end to help my speed I would be more than happy to try it, otherwise I may have to think about leaving to go back to BT as even though they were rubbish they were consistant speed-wise.

You're absolutely right @Morgan2101 those speeds are simply not good enough. If you've not tried our Troubleshoting shooing steps for your router, I'd advise you to do so and let us know the outcome.
