Text messages requiring download

When someone sends me a photo, mms or really long text all I get is a text to download whatever it is. I used to be able to press download and it would appear, now it tries to download and fails. Whats wrong>

Make sure you have the settings correctly set up on your phone. You can do so at the below link

 

Vodafone Internet and Picture Messaging settings

 

If it still doesn't work then give Vodafone a quick call on 191 and ask them to check that your SIM card is correctly provisioned for internet and picture messaging.
