Since my 4G free trial ended, my mobile data has not worked at all. Wifi is fine, just no mobile data connection.
I have a galaxy S5.

I recommend you check all your internet settings.

You could also go into Settings|Mobile data and make sure that your phone isn't somehow locked to 4G. If you're not using 4G, it's a bit more battery-efficient to limit it to 2 & 3G.
