I couldn't find anywhere to pass this on. But after a nightmare with a phone order before Christmas and it getting lost and over 2 hours on the phone. Thank you so much to Ricardo in billing and james in upgrades for all their kindness and help. You were both so friendly, helpful, understanding and sorted the issue in 15 mins! Credit to your company
