I pre ordered the galaxy s6 and was promised the accessory bundle but I have still not received this in the post?

 was offered the 60 cash but to me they are in breach of contract for not supplying the goods they offered

I am day 8 and no sign of the accessories.

 

I was assisted during my purchase by someone online and I took out a higher tariff than required as it had the accessories with it.

 

They also confirmed online that I wouold be getting them.

 

So

a) Have the right tariff (7gb 4g)

b) was told i would have them

c) over 7 days

d) why are we always referred to live help which never works!

e) not very impressed with your latest IVR where if you select query about when an order arrives - referrs you to the website and then says "Thanks for Calling" and terms the call!

Me too I was told Vodafone would be in touch on Monday and haven't heard anything.

I still don't have mine either and I got my phone on 10th April. Live chat is unavailable again and I also have a scuff on the metal corner where I had it in my bag. I have heard nothing about when the accessories will arrive :Sad_face:

Slightly peeved now. Just been on live chat and its 7 working days from delivery of the phone which makes it tomorrow I should get it. Apparently no tracking numbers for them so I can't even check. Wasted a day waiting in after being told it would be here today. So got a phone that's getting scuffed up and still no idea when the bundle is arriving

Spent a while on the phone yesterday to Vodafone kept getting put through different departments hadn't got a clue what I was on about asked where I ordered it from, said website got asked what website told them vodafone then got asked which one. Last person I spoke to told me they need to put me through to someone else only to be told they are closed could I ring back tomorrow. All I want is a straight answer off someone....please

Just back from a Vodafone store to sort something else. They have no clue what is going on with the bundle. I got told mine had been dispatched, waited in for the parcel and nothing arrived. Then got told it never had been dispatched. I want the same answers and it's a nightmare
