Does this happen on other computers ?
Have you checked for any available driver updates etc ?
Check that any firewalls or security suites are not hindering.
Did it work before.

Something similar happened on Windows 10.
Have updated drivers and done various clean ups and re-installs of the dongle and VMB software. Have also tried a new dongle and SIM card.
I am unable to turn off Sophos security (as it's a company PC).
The dongle has apparently connected, but never to the internet, apart from for a few seconds at a time.

I was just thinking out aloud that they may have some form of software blocking as its a work computer that's all.

Thanks. I just tried in on my personal PC with the firewall turned off and the same problem occurs.
