Top Up And Go - How?

Sorry if I'm being really stupid, but I'm trying to top up my USB broadband PAYG dongle. I've registered an account, I've registered the device, but when you follow the device prompts to My Account there is NO OPTION to top up and go at all.

I've been going round in circles for 2 hours. I can't search 'help' as it says that my query contains words of less than 3 characters i.e. 'up' and 'go' and I think that I'm going mad.

PLEASE can someone help me.

PLEASE can someone help. I've looked at everything I can and there is nothing available to help me with this. I can find no option anywhere to actually top-up the modem.

I really don't think I'm being stupid I think that there's something wrong.
