Top Up Issues - Barred service

I've tried to top up several times today, using both my debit card as well as voucher, although it kept on failing. Although since my last attempt it seems that i've 'lost' my signal. the phone shows that i've got full signal but it says limited service, so i can't send or receive any text or make or receive any calls. Is this because of the many failed attempts of trying to top up? I need to use my phone asap, what can i do to get this fixed. I tried to call the vodafone help centre but the close at 10pm! please help! x

Welcome to the eForum

You will find that if you try and topup unsucessfully too many times then yes your phone will be barred.
The quickest way to get this phone unbarred is to speak to PAYG between 8am-10pm and they will be able to reset your account and get this unbarred. If you dont have another Vodafone to call from then you need to call 08700 77 66 55.

If your unable to contact them directly, then all you need to do is reply to the email ive sent to your email address and we will get this reset for you as well.
