Good Morning nikev21

The 1GB of data thats come with the USB Dongle will expire 30 days after its 1st been connected (the 1st time you use it). So at this point you will need to top up again.

Dont forget to register for the My Account service so you can top up at anytime day or night.

Anything else please let me know :)

Thanks Nicola,
so that pre-loaded 1GB allowance expires after 30 days, I'm fine with that, but what about after my first £15 top-up ? If that also expires after 30 days then it's no good to me. I need a dongle with no time limit on the 1GB allowance, the same as the type being discussed in this thread ......
I do hope that this is the type of dongle I have?

So are there 2 different K3565 USB dongles available, the old one - 1GB limit, 270 days expiry and the new one 3GB limit, 30 days expiry?

Hi guys,

Just to confirm, any Top Up and Go modem bought from Vodafone before the 26th December 2009 will not have the 30 day expiry. If purchased after this date then the 30 days expiry will apply.

The best way to check which category yours falls under is to check the back on the modem. After the words ‘Vodafone Mobile Connect’ if it has the letter ‘R’ at the end then it is a new modem and the 30day expiry will apply.

All the best,

Jenny
