Hi, I have topped up today on the store and also using the Web interface via Credit Card but still no top up has been received. I have also restarted the device, but to no avail.
Can someone help? ##>##

Sometimes there can be a slight delay to a top up showing.
If you check with Live Chat they'll be able to access your account and check.

Thanks lee, but I am unable to access the live chat either and my Vodafone landline phone is also not working 😐

Other ways to contact Vodafone Customer Services are from a phone with a Vodafone sim in and call 191 or call Landline Tel :03333040191
Or re check that the funds have been taken from your card and it's not a pending transaction and check your Vodafone information in a short while to see if it's updated.
