Totally wrong order!

Don't ask me how I done it (I'm starting to doubt whether it was me given some of the issues seen). 

 

I've somehow managed to order iPhone 6 64GB Slate (£9 fee, 63.50 P/M), however I selected a iPhone 6+ 64 GB Silver (with £49 fee, 24 Month £63.50 P/M) .

 

Downfall is I'm only being charged £9 for the phone, getting stuck with the phone I didn't want and a high price plan, whereas I would've been happy with that price plan with the plus. 

 

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with changing orders before they arrive, if it's possible? Or any input from the mods would be ideal!

For what it's worth I ordered the 6+ over the phone and got sent the 6.
Firstly they said they could see that I had ordered the 6+ and have no idea what's happened but they'll sort it out for me, for now I can use the 6. Days later however they said that I shouldn't have used the 6 and I can no longer return it, and that I ordered that phone in the first place. I'm now awaiting a callback again in hopes I can just cancel with them altogether.
Seemingly the worst service I've ever received

I'm in the same situation right now. Upgraded my sim only plan as I broke my phone... Ordered a 64gb 6+ and received a 6. At first they could see the mistake and said I was right, then they seemed to string me along until I fell out of my return period. 15 days later and no help still. I've been hung up on twice, they're useless. I'm waiting for a callback now, spoke to trading standards about my consumer rights and they say I have the right of access to my recorded calls, so I'm hoping I can now get my hands on the call I placed the order on. I am now an official hater of vodafone. Feel like they're just having a laugh over me

anthony, the only way is to keep going, thresten with ombudsman , email them over and over again until you get what you need. Good luck, deffinatly fight to get the recordings.
