Turning on voicemail

when I use 1210 to switch off my voicemail, after a while it gets automaticallly turned back on (same with my wife's phone)?

Hi @futurenets

 

I would suggest to try cancel all diverts via Key in ##002# and press the call icon.

Then see if it happens. 

If it does then Vodafone Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can access your Account and check it out.
