UNJUSTIFIED & RECURRING blockage of my number

So it turns out that the level of incompetence of the vodafone customer support is beyond belief...

 

Although I have a direct debit in place and have never missed a payment in 3 years, they keep on cutting my line for no reason...

 

I have now spend 7 months with the same problem and everytime I speak or chat to one of the wonderfully motivated advisers somewhere in India or Bangladesh, they assure me that the problem is now resolved... IT IS NOT!

 

I have asked for an email address to write to and was given the following consumer@help.vodafone which NEVER GOT A REPLY... Incompetent jokers...

 

Who can I contact?

I can certainly understand how you'd be frustrated at this. 

 

If this was my situation I'd try ringing the complaints line.

I hope one of the customer service team take ownership of your situation and resolve it.
