Unable to access sure signal box to manage users!

Hello there,
Our sure signal box has worked wonders for years and couldn't live without it.
My sister has moved back home so I've be trying to access through my account to put her on it but there's no sure signal activated to my Vodafone even though we have full use of it.
Hope someone can help
