Unable to launch Google Chrome

Hi

I am having problems using my default browser (Google Chrome). I'm using a dongle to connect to the internet, all is fine but as soon as I run up Chrome the connection drops. I can access other applications (such as Outlook) and can use Internet Explorer to browse, but not Google. Anyone else having teh same problem?

(I'm running Win 8.1 on my laptop just FYI).

It maybe beneficial to ensure there are no updates and clear your Caches and cookies to see if that helps.
