The sure signal stopped working last week and when I try to re-register I receive a message telling my there seems to be a problem and your techs are dealing with it. Can you advise how long this is likely to take.
Thanks

Hi Jan,
As we are fellow customers here understandably we have no access to Vodafones systems.
Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :
https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting/td-p/23917...
as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.
It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. They are available on eBay for around £10.
From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."
You could try Live Chat.
I've read on the forum that contact via Customer service through these means can help " Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 or 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team."

Hi Lee
Thanks for your reply. I have had a similar issue in the past and tried everything to resolve it, even replaced the power supply.
In my experience the box usually starts working again after a few days.
I noticed that others have had a similar issue during the past week so wondered if there was a wider issue.

Hi @Zarafa
You're very welcome.
Fingers crossed then it starts to function again then.
All the best.
