Owner sim changed, unable to transfer owner/update sim number

I recently changed my sim for a new nano-sim in a vodafone store. Since then, my phone's not worked with my sure signal. I tried contacting support via chat and they said they would update the information and I'd recieve a text - that didn't happen.

 

The support pages say to transfer the sure signal to another person and then back again, but there is no transfer option on the page.

 

Is it possible to get the sim number updated on my sure signal?

Hi

 

From reading posts from the Tech Team its best practice after a sim swap to de register from the sure signal and wait for a period of 24 hours and then re register.

Cheers, I'll have to give that a go. It's a shame there aren't any options for updating this stuff - then again the whole site seems to be a bit schizophrenic with regards which options are available where.
