Hi! Yesterday my sure signal box broke. As it was out of warranty today I bought a new one at a local Vodafone store. Came home, signed in to My Vodafone to register the new box and since then keep getting this message: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem. We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2011 - [2j2]"
Contacted Live Chat, they forwarded my issue to the technical team, saying they will get back to me. That was 2 hours ago, still nothing. My box is still unplugged, waiting for somebody to tell me more. Could somebody help me out as being without signal is quite annoying. Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Just got a message it was registered! Thanks anyway!
