Unable to register, My Vodafone app not working. New contract

 I received my new sim-only yesterday - fully active and working fine. I've not been able to register using My Vodafone, and having temporarily gained access yesterday evening to my account via the website, its now not letting me log in. I've gone back and forth with chat all day yesterday and its getting a bit ridiculous now. 

 

Can someone help? I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times, opened using wifi and 4G, still the same problem. Chat has been as useful as a paper bucket, with the exception of one agent.

Hi @mrdawndavenport sometimes it can take until your first bill is generated before things work fully on your account. I would leave it for a few days then try again.

Thanks! I wouldnt be as bothered usually, however the chat experience yesterday has left me feeling concerned about the state of my account. They told me to go to CarphoneWarehouse to get My Vodafone registered. What. I think the app issue may be across the board though. We shall see, but thanks for your help!

Carphone Warehouse have been known to be a little slow in passing all the information to the network @mrdawndavenport but that normally affects how long a person contract is up and running. 

Effectively your Carphone Warehouse Customer with Vodafone supplying the network connection. 

One thing that can occur is that a person is put on a Business Vodafone Contract in error and the Vodafone MyVodafone App won't work on that type of contract.
