Unable to register Sure Signal

I have been trying numerous times to register Sure Signal over the past 6 weeks. Each time I click to Add New User I have an error message telling me "there is a problem and vodafone are working hard to resolve - please try again later". Sorry there is nothing more descriptive in the error but not sure how much longer I am expected to wait? I have tried registering through several different browser's and cleared cache etc.. thanks Jim

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
