Having purchased a Sure Signal, I am unable to register it as there appears to be a problem with the registration form on your website. Indeed this seems to have been a problem for at least a year!
Calling the help-line and following the prompts just results in a dropped call.
Can somebody tell me how on earth I am supposed to register the device so I can use it. Otherwise I shall have to send it back and obtain a refund, and move to another carrier.

Can I just check that you bought the SureSignal device directly from Vodafone? If it was second hand, you would need to contact the original owner to get it deregistered first.
If it was bought directly from Vodafone, account access will be needed to see what is going on. I confirm that it is a new Suresignal bought from Vodafone.

Can you log into My Vodafone at all or is it just problems with the Sure Signal dashboard.
