My home broadband service started last week and I cannot connect to any VPN service. After spending some time reading through other people who had similar problem the reason seems to be that Vodafone in their wisdom have grouped VPN provider in the same category as Malware!!
Well I thought fine I will get content restriction removed - however online when I login it says the only service I have is a phone line, even though I have a working fibre broadband connection.
I have called the customer service line multiple times and tried the chat function but every time I was given a different reason why content restiction cannot be removed. On the last call a really polite lady informed me that on some back office system it seems it shows my broadband order was cancelled and never completed (even though I have a working broadband) and which is why they cannot see or access my account.
I'm finding the level of customer service as fairly poor - can someone advise how do I get this resolved? I just keep getting fobbed off with some reason everytime I call or chat with customer service, so need to find another way to get the problem resolved.
Any advice gratefully received.

Has this been resolved I'm pulling my hair out with the support team, having same issues.

I got a mail last night saying they have removed content restriction. Mind you it has been a pretty painful process - yesterday I had a 40+ min long phone call and after being passed around the third guy seemed to know the issue. He said he can't fix it, but will refer me to someone who will give me a call to fix that.
Did not receive any call back, but eventually got an email late last night. I haven't been able to test it yet, but will check it out after work tonight.

My content restrictions have been removed. VPN is now up and running. Good luck getting your issue solved
