Unknown ID Calls

I see from past Forum posts that someone has downloaded an app called Blocker which is free and it stopped the majority of the Unknown Caller calls, is this app from within Apple App Store or an independant app?  I had fifteen Unknown calls yesterday which is now getting beyond a joke and I cannot change my mobile number as Vodafone suggested.

I know of 'blacklist' but that can only be obtained by a jailbreak.

Edit : their are apps of similar name on the App Store. Check them out carefully before buying.

Unfortunately their is no way of rejecting an unknown call by using the built in call / text blocking feature.

I would subscribe to a visual voicemail app like Hullomail and record a message just for unknown callers asking them not to call again unless they display their caller ID.

Genuine callers will call again - hopefully the automated calls and marketeers would not.
