Unlock iPhone

Trying to get an iPhone unlocked, seems like a very hard thing to do. Can I get a PM for someone at Vodafone to look at it?

Just following up to say the phone has been unlocked now.  The email I got saying "There's a problem with your unlock request" was wrong, it was just Apple taking ages to complete the unlock.
