Unlock my mobile Wi-fi

Dear Sirs,

I am very frustrated as I bought a mobile wi-fi device and unable to use.

It is aking me to key in an 8 digit ulocking key.

I tried to ring the Vodofone help line but it is asking me for a phone No I do not have a Vodofone Phone No.

Please help me.

Try calling 03333 040 191 from a landline.

Ignore the prompts that ask you to enter your number and on about the 4th prompt is should divert you to an adviser.

Where did you but the device and were there no instructions with it that told you how to obtain the unlocking key?

Thank you for your advice I will try it. I bought it on the internet Amazon there were some instructions bout not detail ant for unlocking it
