Unlocking an iPhone 5S 64GB Space Grey

Hello, 

 

I have been in contact with Vodaphone on the phone 20+ times and visited stores in the past 2 weeks an trying to get a NUC for my iPhone. 

 

This has been incredibly difficult and I am still no further forward. 

 

The Email for NUC does not work and I recieve a postmaster delivery failure every time (tried from 3 seperate accounts). 

 

When I phone, nobody will speak with me as teh only line I have to call from is a business line and this takes me to the business side. 

 

I have raised a complaint of which was promised to be phoned the following day and recieved nothing. 

 

What does it take to get a phone unlocked? Can admin please message me privatly to have this resolved asap?

Hi,

 

Do you fulfill the criteria set by Vodafone uk to unlock. 

 

Which are.....

 

 

On Payg the SIM card is used in the iPhone for at least 30 days making calls,sending texts and using data before request of the unlock. 

 

On Pay Monthly x3 bills paid on time. 

 

All info in Vodafone and Unlocking.

Yes I meet all criteria and have filled in the online form numerous times personally along with a number of Vodaphone reps filling it in for me.

If you use Live Chat they'll be able to support you by providing a specific email address for Nuc Resolutions if the online form isn't working even when Cache and cookies are cleared.

 

You can then email them directly. 

 

They'll be able to help with this for a person who has met the criteria to unlock.

I have also tried that and been promiesed that it would all be resolved 48hours following the chat and still nothing. That was over 10 days ago. 

 

I have spoken to someone very senior in the organisation and they have promised that all would be sorted also. 

 

Since then nothing has changed and the reciever of this gift cannot use it. 

 

I am lost and dont know where to turn, I have been passed from adviser to adviser.
