Hi,
I wanted to know if anyone could help me with this. I want to unlock my iphone 5s coz I need to go overseas. But through the unlocking website it told me that my IMEI number is not found in the system.
The original iPhone received with my vodafone contract was lost and i then purchased a replacement from shop. (I have the copy of the receipt). So is it possible for you to update your records with the imei number off the replacement phone and then I will be able to unlock it?
Any help would be appreciated.
thanks

Was the replacement purchased new from a Vodafone shop?
If the phone you purchased was a used phone you will not be able to unlock it unless you can make contact with the original owner as Vodafone will only unlock the phone for the original owner.
