Looking to upgrade my phone to a Samsung S8 and see there is an offer for the Gear VR at a reduced price if I get the phone.
I have gone through the upgrade order process, but there is no option to add the Gear VR headset to the order? Nothing in Accessories options, and I cannot got to the accessories page otherwise my order is reset.
Please can you advise how to go about getting this added to my order, or if this needs to be claimed separaratly.

Hi,
Yes I did respond to the PM I received, but appart from missing a call from the Social media team on Saturday (then not receiving the message they said they would sent through to further the issue, as per the voicemail that was left), I've had not a lot back. So you can probably see why I'm a bit frustrated. All I want to do is take advantage of a deal that Vodafone are offering, is that so much to ask?

Found the message, the refference is #16704589. I have kind of given up on this and have already upgraded my device to the S8.
I tried calling Upgrades again, but they could not apply the same discount if I ordered over the phone as to what I could get if I ordered through the website. So I went with the lesser issue and went for a cheaper monthly bill over the headset offer.
If possible I would still like to look into getting the Gear VR at a discounted rate (as this is still showing in next to the phone's image on the phone upgrade selection screen), seeing as the offer does apply to the contract and device I have gone with (see earlier screenshot in this thread, details are the same).

Would love to reply, however, as per my earlier responses, I have not received the required PIN that was meant to be text to me to go with the email. As a result I am unable to respond!!!!

Great, so complete indifference then from Vodafone. No-one getting back to me with an answer about this even thoug hI have already explaine the situation regarding the email I received?
