Hi all,
I have had a billing issue with Vodafone that was dealt with by the Ombudsman. I now have defaults from Vodafone on my credit file which is bringing down my otherwise good Credit file. I have called however the advisors haven't understood what I am trying to do. Is there anyone from Vodafone who is able to support please? I'd really like to get this resolved quickly as I will be looking to by a house with my Partner in the next 12 months and I don't want this to hinder my chances.

Yes @Toovs94 we have a Vodafone Social Media Team here who read all posts and engage with issues like yours.
