Hi I have upgraded the wrong phone on my account how do I cancel it before the phone is sent out? Or can I just swap the upgrade to the other phone?

Thank you so much for your suggestion, I did manage to get through by phone eventually and transfered the upgrade to thè correct phone, live chat didnt know what to do and was unable to put me through to the right departments. All good now though :smileyhappy:
