Hi @alilou85
If you've received an email stating that the order is ready and you can pick it up tomorrow then it would usually mean that it has been accepted.
I would however call 191 just incase this is an error to avoid any disappointment.
Thanks,
Viki

Hi @alilou85
Vodafone have a 3 month payment rule. However, there is no harm asking Vodafone.
If you are behind with your payments and owe money, its unlikely they will allow a further contract until you have paid the money owing on your present contract.
You may also find the late payments reported against your credit file and this may be something to check.

To avoid any disappointment if this was my situation I'd ask Live Chat or ring 191. Telephone support opens at 8am.

@alilou85 As @alilou85 has said it will be worth you looking at your credit file to see if Vodafone have put a late payment marker on your file.
You can get a copy online for £2 from www.experian.co.uk
It will only service as information for yourself as if there is a marker and as you have acknowledged it is a valid debt so the marker will remain on your credit file for six years although it will show as settled once you bring the payments up to date.
