I think there might have been some confusion. Unfortunately free weekends are only for calls and texts - not for internet access. However, the eForum is a part of the internet so, as you can post here, it means you have internet access, so you will also be able to access your email.

As we've cleared up that free weekends doesn't include internet, if there is anything else I can help you with, let me know.

in my perks it clearly states that i have free weekends why is this if it is untrue? as for me being online to post here that is because my internet is diverted to online vodafone.co.uk!¬!!!!!!! I think your service is rubbish i have had nothing but problems since i bought this dongle.I have had a free weekend to so how is that????????

As i said earlier, on my account page it clearly stated FREE WEEKENDS in my perks! I recieved an e-mail from yourselves telling me I was mistaken as it did not state free weekends in perks. Strangely when i logged into my account low and behold my account page had changed and no longer stated free weekends, i sort of expected this to happen so saved the original page to my desktop, im not sure how to upload a copy as upload fails because i am not permitted to upload this type of file??? I am not happy and believe i have been lied to and falsley led by vodafone and would like something done about it ASAP!!" I am also topping up 15 pound which is lasting a day if that, i am currently using the dongle on my home pc and any updates i need to install cost a fortune is there a better tarrif 4 me??

i have uploaded a picture of the account page that you changed if something is not done about this i will be speaking to trading standards ! I am just being fobbed off again your customer service is pathetic
