Usb Modem E172-limited Or No Connectivity-can Connect, Cant Browse

I've been using my E172 for 18 months (I've assumed my account's automatically continued)
without any problems, but yesterday it stopped working (first time I'd used it for a week)

Connection Centre opens fine, connects to Vodafone 3G+ fine, decent signal, but I now can't
get any access to web pages. I can't ping either.

Using XP on a Sony Vaio, with no anti-virus software or firewalls.

I've tried it on my desktop with Vista. It says there's limited or no connectivity, or local only depending on its mood.
Software is version V3.2.2.182

Thank you for supplying all the details, it certainly makes it easier for us!

After checking your nearest 3G site it doesn't appear that it is accepting any 3G data although 2G is working fine. I would like to raise this as a fault for you so please reply to the email I have sent you with the requested details.

We will be in touch very soon, let me know if there is anything else in the meantime! :)

I must say I was very impressed by your quick diagnosis and phone call assuring me that an engineer would be sorting it out yesterday.

However it's still not working which is a massive inconvenience to me.
Can you let me know when it will be please?

Kay has indeed raised this to our faults team, at this point it's a matter of waiting for an update which she will receive at some point. I understand the inconvenience here however as the faults process involves a queue and diagnosis we may have to wait a little longer for a hint at a solution.

Once we have a report we will not hesitate to update you as quickly as possible.
