Used iphone 5s, is it blacklisted

Hi i want to buy a iphone 5s from ebay, but i`m not sure if its blacklisted, it seems too good to be true. Can someone tell me if i give you the IMEI? :Smiling: And if its happens to be blacklisted can it be used atleast outside the coutry?

I cannot believe you want to even consider using stolen property outside of the UK.

 

Vodafone would be unable to give you any information.

http://www.checkmend.com/uk/  although it will not give you the reason the phone has been blaclisted.

 

There any many reasons a phone has been blackisted and only the person who put the block on can remove it.

 

If (stupidly) you decided to purchase a blocked phone just be aware that more and more countries' networks are now coming onto the blocked IMEI scheme so you may  suddenly have a phone that proves useless whereever you and and you local friendly Mr. Policeman may still come knocking!
