Just had 2 conversations with Vodafone, one on WebChat and the other on phone, and got 2 different answers. My question was, am going on holiday to Mexico and can I use my inclusive data (10Gb) whilst away
The WebChat advised that if I text ADD to 40026, then I can use my 10Gb allowance for a one time fee of £5 .. no per day costs
On the phone, they advised that I could sign up to 40508, but would get charge £5 a day
Who is right?

Hi
"With Vodafone WorldTraveller, you can take your UK minutes, texts and data with you in Mexico for just £5 extra a day(a day is midnight to 23:59 of the capital city in the country you are visiting).
If you're on a Red or Red Value Bundle, you're automatically opted in to WorldTraveller.
Otherwise, to opt in text ADD to 40508 or call 5555 free from your Vodafone mobile."
if your contract started after 5 May 2016.

Hi there
It is £5 per day to use World Traveller. I use it often when I am abroad and it is definitely a per diem charge. I'd love it if it was a one off cost though!
