Got a second vss so i could get whole house coverage. Bit tricky to get the first vss working again after a change of ISP and some minor network changes. Tech guys on here were fab and got it up and running. This am got a txt and an email telling me my vss had moved house, and could i update its location. Went to my home page, managed first vss, cleared postcode and reentered... no problem. Second vss got a message saying "you cant register two suresignals to one postcode!! Enter a different postcode!". How would the emergency services find me then :Smiling:

Hi Kengr1,

I’m pleased to see you’ve now got both Sure Signals working! :Smiling:

I’m not aware of anything stopping you from registering two Sure Signals at the same postcode, but I’ve emailed a contact regarding this.

In the mean time please register this to a postcode a street away and let me know if anything changes.

Thanks,

Jenny

My second vss keeps stopping, and i keep getting txt messages to say its moved, and i still cant register two to the same postcode. This is a potential serious problem, because where i live in remote scotland , about thirty houses have the same postcode, spread over a considerable area. Anyway ive "moved house" and registered a fictitious postcode. lets see whta happens

Hi Kengr1,

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked into this.

Everything has now been amended and both of your Sure Signals should now work at the same address with no problems.

Let me know how you get on. :Smiling:
