V3 Power light on, flashing internet - no connection

Seems a common thread on V3 model. Power is on, internet symbol is flashing, no other lights. Reset 8+ times and no connection. Hope you can help

Thanks Ben.

We are using it on a business network. Out IT support team are unable to get it working. Is there any trouble shooting guide for use on a corporate network that we could refer to?

Hi Philip_Harris,

If this is being used at a work address, the best this to do would be to call your 191 from your Business or Corporate phone (or 03333 040191).

 

The support we provide here is designed for consumer use. With your corporate IT network being bespoke, it'll need to be raised over the phone with a specialist.

If only I had known that the VSS was for consumer use only it would have saved me two weeks of wasted time on the phone and emails to Vodafone. I bought a replacement V3 thinking that our V2 was broken so now I'm £150 poorer. Vodafone get your act together and tell your customers that VSS is not for corporate networks using shared broadband.
