V3 Sure Signal-Solid Lights except "in use" which is not on .

Hi

Regarding the above .

I have 4 phones operating in the house with Vodaphone . I manage to obtain a good signal using Sure Signal . The others are added as users however obtain no or limited signal . Phones involved are IPhone 4 /  IPhone 5C and Samsung S3 .

All lights are good except there is no trace of IN USE light .

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
