I bought a new HTC one M8 phone from one of the vodafone stores and now need VAT refund form.

I am not sure if you are doing what you have been told to do but nothing is happening even after writing mails to the teams. So Private messages and anything else is not working.

Can anyone of you arrange VAT form for me??
