Hello

I know that version 9.4 is the latest supported version of the connect software for the K3760's but do you know when version 10 will be released for the UK. Currently we have K4505 / K3805 which both use version 10 and we have some K3760s - we want to install a standard software for all of these but the 3760s do not work on version 10.(Some users share devices in departments)

If you know when version 10 is being released as everywhere says soon that would be great

Hi Sarah.Durnin

You can download this already.

Although you shouldn't need to as it doesn't fix anything that 9.4.6 doesn't

You could try to pull the drivers from the K4505, which can be found in this folder:

C:\Program Files\Vodafone\Vodafone Mobile Connect\Driver\pcard\xp\Huawei

(For the k3760) If you can copy the above folder into :

C:\Program Files\Vodafone\Vodafone Mobile Connect\Driver\pcard\xp

This should now allow both cards to work through the same old interface.

Let me know how this goes.

Thanks

Hi Ben

I think they want to use the newer version 10 software as the standard rather then 9.4 but this particular card won't work on version 10.

We don't want to be updating the software again (we're just rolling out a new version of laptops) as we use standard software across the UK in other sites which only have remote IT.

Is there anyway the 3760 will work with version 10?

Hi Sarah

Thanks for coming back to us here.

I'm afraid we have no ETA for version 10's compatability with that card. However, have you tried what BenJ has suggested with the drivers? Perhaps this is a work around until version 10 becomes available for your cards.

Please let me know how you get on and if you have any more questions just give us a shout

Thanks

Wayne
