VSS 1 Stopped working on contract upgrade

VSS 1 Serial Number * 21229609447  shows Status active 

Just upgrade phone from S3 to Z3 which required SIM change but VSS has now dropped to power light only. Been 24 hs since upgrade. Long term user of VSS1 so have already reset vss. Cann't remove/add my number  (077*******50) as its not on the list as its the register user so is set by default.
