VSS V1 DELETED ADMIN ACCOUNT, CANNOT REGISTER SURE SIGNAL

I did the daftest thing and deleted the admin account on my VSS V1. I cannot add the sure signal back in to my account as it says the site is having technical diffiulties, this has been the same for several months, i have now bought V3 but could use VSSV1 at home Serial Number 21197018530 any help would be appreciated to get this up and running.
