Hi,
I purchased a sure signal as recommended but I'm unable to register it. When I set up a 'My Account' I receive a service pending notification.
My vodaphone number is associated to the company that I work for.

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Given that I'm currently unable to ever register with the vodafone 'My Account' i'm unable to perfroming diagnostics on my broadband probably won't help at this stage.
I'd appreciate it if you could assit in the registration phase, I can PM you my number and account details if necessary.
