Hi
My V1 sure signal is continually dropping out. I have tried a factory reset. It works for a short time then just goes to power light only and after about 10 minutes will work again with all led's as they should be. Then fails soon after and goes through the whole process again and again. Also I've been told that the voice quality is poor from my end although I can hear the other person clearly(when its working!) Can anything be done?
Speedtest.net: Download 14.18Mbps Upload 0.85Mbps Ping 18ms
Cant copy and paste tracert but looks OK

Hi adyw1968,
Your traceroute, speed test and ping test are fine, and your IP address is on our whitelist so no problems there either.
Checking your serial number shows a location move has been detected.
This can be caused by maintenance by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or by a firmware update they’ve sent to your router.
I’ve cleared the message for you and to make sure it’s as up to date as possible, I’ve just resynced your Sure Signal.
So that the resync completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-
Let me know how you go on.
Cheers,
Andrew
