My Sure Signal had been working fine for some months but the last 2 days it keeps dropping out and I get 2 or 1 flashing lights followed by either no lights or sometimes, a working connection.
I've tried resetting the VSS and router a number of times with no improvement and all other aspect of my internet use is working properly.
Serial number 40114610708
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Alistair,
It might be worth trying a new power supply.
They do degrade after a few years use, and give odd results on the Sure Signal.
If you require one, they are readily available on Amazon or Ebay and cost around £10 - 12 inc delivery.
Regards.
Mike.

Thanks Mike - I have a spare supply from a second VSS (which I can't register but that's for another day).
Will let you know if things improve.

Sadly no joy with the alternative power supply. Just keeps going off line, two flashing lights and then working for a while.
Do Vodafone do wi-fi calling or has anyone tried EE's wi fi call offering? Over the years SS has been useful when it worked but overall it's a shambles of a service.

Hi Alistair,
I'm sorry that didn't resolve the issue for you.
The next requirement for the Tech team is to provide some information regarding your setup and connection details.
This can be achieved by filing in this template .... http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Issue-not-listed/td-p/2391847
As for wi-fi calling .....
Regards,
Mike.
