Hi
For last 3 to 4 days the VSS version 1 has been running with lights 1,2 and 4 solid but not longer picks up my phone.
S/N of VSS is 21197144922.
Can you try a resync, push out new firmware (from another post) or investigate why the phone will no longer connect

I phoned up in the end and the tech guy put the resync through straight away. He did say it can take 24hrs but 30 mins later I was working.

Operated SS1 for last 3 years with no problem until recently.
Run iphone 5 and Samsung Fame which haven't been able to connect for last week.
SS lights 1,2 and 4 solid. Have reset on numerous occasions without success.

Hi diddy100 and mozzas,
Please perform a factory reset as this should automatically send the latest firmware.
For versions 1 and 2:
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
If you're still having trouble, let me know the serial number and I'll take a look.

Have you tried the above reset as well?
I have asked for the firmware to be pushed through manually, please do not unplug or reset for a minimum of 24 hours.

I have tried resettting and all options.
I understand the push of new firmware works - can you please arrange for that to happen today please?
