VSS Version 1 Lights 1,2 and 4 Solid but phone does not connect

Hi

 

For last 3 to 4 days the VSS version 1 has been running with lights 1,2 and 4 solid but not longer picks up my phone.

 

S/N of VSS is 21197144922.

 

Can you try a resync, push out new firmware (from another post) or investigate why the phone will no longer connect

Could you please push the update to my SureSignal too?

 

I also have the same issue - running an SS1 on iPhone 5 and have tried all the recommended actions.

 

My SS serial number is:  21230050367

Hi

I am having this same issue - 1, 2 and 4 solid but no signal for any of the 5 users in our house

Tried the troubleshooting tips and tried reset but no success.

Please can you help - do you just need my serial number to send an update to my SS?

Can I get a firmware update please as the problems I have had are exactly the same as the origin of this thread.

My serial number is 21224048195.

Seriously,I've tried everything on the help pages and all variations of resetting

I had already done the factory reset and few times over the last few days, but have just done it again and I now have a full signal and able to make calls again from my home address, it worked after 5 minutes of light 4 flashing then everything clicked

Thank you for letting us know this has resolved your issue.

 

A factory reset should force the device to upgrade the software, although there are occasions where we have to manually push this through.

Ben,Sure Signal not been working again now for 48hours'same as before..1,2+4 lights on but no signal on my or my partners phone.Both registered on my Sure Signal on Vodafone.Cannot run the long series of tests as requested before as my tablet doesn't support Java,and most of the speed tests require java....plus I believe its an issue with my Sure Signal/Vodafone,and not an issue with service provider as everything else in the house is working fine.As I said before I'm glad my contract runs out soon,12 years a customer is long enough,and what's the point of paying good money when I can't use my phone at home.Not your fault I know,just needed to bet it off my chest

We’ve tried to ping the unit form this side but can’t seem to establish a connection.

 

Have you unplugged the device?

 

If yes, can you plug this back in and let us know when this is done so we can try and send out the latest version of firmware to you?
