Hello
My VSS unit number is 40123638864.
At some point recently it has disconnected and will now not reconnect. There has been no change to my network, internet connection or router.
I have tried restarting it several times with no success.
Any suggestions?

24 hours on and nothing has changed. I tried doing a reset, no joy. I can it connecting upstream when it is rebooted.

Welcome to my world....sorry I cant help except to say give tech a call and go though the process
08700 700191 option 2, and around 40 mins needed.

I’ve checked your serial number and this last connected at 3.20am this morning.
Are you still having the same problem? If so, please get back to us with the following:
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Sorry for not getting back sooner. Yes, the unit magically started working again after about 48 hours offline. Given nothing at all has changed at my end, perhaps you were having technical problems yourselves?
